Only we speak about power… – Nominal power: 118-150 kW (in the world exist garbage like that with much more power).

So…

150Kw/h – Attention! Let extrapolate this for… 1000 (a minimum 1000 pcs. Exist in the world, I think that exist more from ERSA + another garbage manufacturers).

So…

150Kw/h X 1000=150,000Kw/h to manufacture electronic boards about 1 m/1 m (1 meter X 1 meter).

So…

150,000 = 150Mw/h consumed energy…

If… I can tell you that by selective soldering same board dimensions is needed about 1Kw/h… (Technologies already exist for more than 20 year) but… are not used.

So…

1Kw X 1000=1000Kw

150,000/1000=150 – times minus consumed energy!!!

Next…

With the “well-known garbage (ERSA… like…)” a board can be reflowed in about 3-5minute…

So…

With selective soldering method, the same board can be soldered in about 10 to 20 seconds!

Math…

5minute / 20 second = 15 times less or… 15 boards in same time that ERSA garbage reflow 1 !!!

So…

150 times minus energy & 15 times faster… What / where / who is the problem?!

Well… the answer is because we’re leaving in a cardboard engendering world! They have amputated brain! When the aliens amputate his brain… give at all… IPC Certificates! They can’t… think. This specie of energumens / engineers think that thinking hurt!

I don’t speak about inutile space consumed, about inutile weight, about inutile logistic, about inutile human resource and more…
